Location
The Fabbrica di San Martino is 5km from the centre of Lucca, and stands on an estate of 20.5 hectares. The estate has vineyards, olive groves and woodland, and enjoys an expansive view of Lucca and the surrounding plain. The house has been more than renovated: it has truly been restored to its former self. In building style and in the colours and materials of the furnishings and decor, it has been recreated as once it was.

The garden is spacious, and there are grassy lawns extending to the vineyard and the woods. Each apartment has a barbecue and furniture for outdoor meals, allowing the guests total freedom.
Guests can buy the estate''s own products. The oil and wine are organically certified and it is possible to arrange tastings. Internet access is also available.
